DJHA hosted the Aces with what was anticipated to be a tough, hard-hitting game.  With less than 30 seconds left in the first period, DJHA scored first on a power play.  DJHA scored again quickly to start the second at 45 seconds into the period.  Penalty-wise, the third period recorded a total of thirteen penalties with eight of these against the Penguins.  At 5:19, the Aces score their first, cutting the Penguin lead to one.  A “breather” goal was obtained by the Penguins at 11:21 into the period.  About one minute later, the Aces put another goal on the board but the Penguins were able to hang on.  At the buzzer the Penguins were on top of the Aces 3-2.  The team winning effort put the DJHA team at 4-2 for league play games.  The Penguins out shot the Aces 35-16.
