Starting out on Friday morning vs. the New London Knights, the two teams played a tight defensive game, but it was the Penguins Johnny Sadowski who scored the game’s only goal when he pounced on a loose rebound in the slot and fired it in to the back of the net late in the 1st period. For the rest of the game it was team defense and Graves “standing on his head” that led to the win.
