Dallas Junior Hockey Association

DJHA as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization depends on tax deductible donations from Corporations and from individuals.  With the year-end approaching, we remind everyone of this opportunity to support Penguins and Tornado hockey and accomplish a charitable deduction.  Please consider a contribution of any size.  Contributions can be directed to the Dan Hess Scholarship Fund or directed to a particular team or need.  Note you cannot direct to an individual, but new this year is the ability to direct funds to purchase additional ice time.  As happens every year with teams that move on to the playoffs, the coaches and Board determine the best allocation of incremental ice for worthy teams.  Attached is a form that can be used.  Once processed, we provide a formal receipt on our letterhead for IRS submission purposes. 
 
Please note your donation, its direction, and whether or not you want website recognition.  Checks can be made out to DJHA and credit cards are also accepted.  Another option for credit cards is to the leave the field blank and we will follow-up to gather the card number via phone.
