Dallas Penguins Squirt A Team
The Dallas Penguins Squirt A team won the Western Regional Silver Stick Tournament in Dallas, TX on October 11-13, 2008. The Penguins posted a perfect record of 5-0 during the tournament by working hard at both ends of the ice. A strong offensive performance resulted in the Penguins scoring 28 goals (5.6 GFA) while only giving up 9 goals (1.8 GAA) due to excellent goaltending and an attacking style of defense.
Next step: Atom/Squirt A International Silver Stick Championship in Sarnia, Ontario on January 16-18, 2009.
